Comprehensive Assessments

Initial Assessment (1 Hour)

This is where your journey starts. We take time to really get to know what’s going on—whether it's an injury, a nagging issue, or something you’re not quite sure about. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s happening, why, and a plan to move forward.
We’ll set short- and long-term goals together, tailored to your life, your needs, and your future activity.

What makes us different: We guide you all the way through—not just until the pain stops. You'll see real, measurable progress and feel stronger than before. 

Follow-Up Appointments
These keep you on track. We adjust and refine your plan based on how you’re progressing. Think of it as a sat-nav constantly recalibrating to get you to your destination: pain-free, confident movement.

These sessions are designed to gently reintroduce you to movement, rebuild trust in your body, and support you in finding ways to be active that feel good.

Our approach: Education + movement = confidence. We move at your pace, safely and supportively.

Rehabilitation Programs

Rehab isn’t just about fixing the problem. It’s about building you back better. We take a full-spectrum approach:

  • Protection Phase – Calming symptoms and protecting the area.

  • Strength Phase – Rebuilding strength and resilience.

  • Return to Sport/Activity Phase – The often-overlooked part! We support you in regaining confidence to move, play, and live the way you want—without fear.

Most clinics stop too early. We don’t. We stay with you until you’re ready to really return to your lifestyle, sport, or training.
