Our Story From Kenny Our founder
After nearly a decade working with elite athletes in rugby, world-class performers in ballet, and semi-professional athletes balancing full-time jobs, I’ve witnessed the tremendous impact of top-level support, training, and recovery. From behind-the-scenes experiences at internationals, premiership matches, and backstage with the English National Ballet, I’ve helped professionals push their limits, recover quickly, and perform at their best in high-pressure environments.
However, I realised that this level of care shouldn’t be reserved for just a select few. Everyone deserves access to this expertise, whether they’re a seasoned athlete, a busy professional with big fitness goals, or someone simply looking to stay active and injury-free.
That’s why I founded Virtus Performance and Recovery Clinic. My mission is to bring the same quality of care once provided to professionals into a private, personal setting. Each client will receive tailored treatment grounded in the highest standards, knowledge, and dedication that fuel top athletes. Our goal is simple: to help clients feel strong, move freely, and achieve their best, no matter their lifestyle or background.
